We're excited to announce the release of two new sharing features that make it easy to share your private journal entries and custom prompts via a private link.
Here's a quick video overview of how it works:
Have you ever wanted to share a particularly meaningful journal entry with someone else? With our new sharing feature, you can do just that. Here are a few examples of when this can come in handy:
+ You can share a gratitude journal entry with a loved one to express your appreciation and strengthen your relationship.
+ You can share a journal entry about a difficult experience with a therapist or trusted friend to receive support and feedback.
+You can share a creative writing journal entry with a writing group or workshop to receive feedback and inspiration.
Simply click on the three dots next to the entry you want to share, enable sharing, and copy the private link to send to the person you want to share it with.
They'll be able to view your entry in a web browser without logging in or installing the app. And if you ever want to disable sharing, simply click the three dots again and disable the link.
In addition to sharing journal entries, you can now create share custom prompts that you've created in Reflection.app by visiting Share.reflection.app.
Whether you're a teacher, coach, leader, or thoughtful friend, this new feature makes it easy to share your prompts with others. For example:
+ As a wellness thought-leader, you can create and share custom prompts on a particular theme or topic with your followers or clients to support their personal growth.
+ As a teacher, you can create and share prompts with your students to encourage creative writing or reflection.
+ As an individual, you can create and share prompts with your accountability partner to support each other's personal goals and growth.
Visit this page to create your custom prompt, add any tags you like, and copy the private link to send to your friends or followers. They'll be able to use your prompt in their own journaling practice and even share it with others.
As always if you have any questions just let us know!
