Without judgment, express your current feelings, thoughts, or mood. What's occupying your mental space right now?
5. Who's your relationship focus?
Consider the important people in your life and those you'll interact with today. How can you nurture these connections?
6. What are you grateful for?
List three things you're thankful for to start your day with a positive mindset.
