Morning Purpose Blueprint

Start your day with clarity, intention, and positive energy

This morning ritual has been a cornerstone of my personal growth for years. It evolved from my athletic training days and has adapted to serve my adult life. By consistently practicing this journaling routine, you'll clarify your purpose, set meaningful intentions, and approach each day with renewed focus and gratitude. It's a powerful way to align your daily actions with your long-term goals.

1. State your purpose 

Write down your overarching life purpose. Keep it consistent daily to reinforce your direction.

2. List your guideposts 

Identify 3-5 key elements that support your purpose. For each, note 5-6 value words that define it.

3. What's your outlook for today? 

Reflect on the attributes and aspirations this day calls for. How will you embody your values?

4. Top of Mind (T.O.M)? 

Without judgment, express your current feelings, thoughts, or mood. What's occupying your mental space right now?

5. Who's your relationship focus? 

Consider the important people in your life and those you'll interact with today. How can you nurture these connections?

6. What are you grateful for? 

List three things you're thankful for to start your day with a positive mindset.

Remember, this practice typically takes 5-10 minutes. Consistency is key to unlocking its full potential.
