Break the Shackles of Shame

Lose the shame shadow for good.

Strip shame of it's power and get your strength back. By calling out who's in the shadows it neutralizes the fear, and guilt that shame thrives on. Discover what it feels like to nolonger have shame lurking beside you.

1. How old were you when you first experienced shame?

2. Was it an event or something someone said?

3. How has shame impacted your life?

4. When does the shame shadow normally reveal itself?

5. Where do you feel shame first in your body?

6. What do you tell yourself?

7. If you were to describe shame as a person, what would it look like?

8. How would it sound?

9. Is it a familiar voice from your past?

Now, take a moment to create three affirmations you can repeat to yourself when the shadow of shame attempts to steal your peace.
