Empowering Your Envisioned Future Self

Cultivate clarity and focus: transform daily habits for a brighter future self.

This guide aims to clear away the daily chaos and distractions, allowing you to concentrate on what genuinely counts — the actions that will bring you closer to your envisioned future self, the person you've always known exists but has been drowned out by life's noise.

1. How do you feel this morning? Be as descriptive as possible and sink into your stomach and heart.

Welcome to a brand new day! Take a moment to truly embrace the sensations within you. Let the warmth radiate from your heart and settle deep in your belly. How would you describe the emotions that greet you today?

2. What do you want to congratulate ‘yesterday’s you’ for?

Let’s celebrate the achievements of your past self. What would you like to congratulate ‘the you of yesterday’ for accomplishing?

3. Did you complete your one big task? If yes, how? If not, why? What can you do to change this to a ‘yes’?

If the answer is ‘yes,’ what strategies did you employ to accomplish it? If it’s a ‘no,’ let’s explore the reasons behind it. What steps can you take to transform that ‘no’ into a resounding ‘yes’ moving forward?

4. What could you improve about your days?

Consider your daily routine: What aspects could you enhance to make your days even more fulfilling and productive?

5. What will you do today to make the day great? Make them SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, & Time-Bound) and limit them to 3 things MAX.

What specific actions will you take today to turn it into a truly great day?

6. Choose powerful words and phrases to imprint in your subconscious mind.

Select potent and impactful words and phrases to engrave deep within your subconscious, nurturing growth and positivity.
