Make It Clear Journal

A lack of clarity costs a lot. Gaining clarity is more accessible than it feels.

The Make It Clear Journal is based on the Aware-Story-Action framework we developed at woow.company. Aware: Be clear on what you want. Understand what is. Story: What stories do you believe? Can you tell yourself stories that heal and support your goals? Action: Take action in spite of fear. Does it dignify your spirit? I hope this helps you gain the clarity that moves you forward today.

1. What exactly am I trying to achieve?

Be specific about the one thing you are working to achieve. Yes, it's easier to mumble a lot of things together. But don't. Start with one. You can do this exercise again for the others.

2. What stories do I believe about this and where do they come from?

Reflect on the narratives you believe. How can you tell yourself stories that heal and support your goals?

3. What action am I taking next?

Write out what you want to do next. After taking action, assess how you feel. Do the tools dignify your spirit and enhance your well-being?
