Consider both the boundary itself and the specific words you'll use to communicate it.

2: Reflect on a time when you said "yes" but wished you had said "no." What were the consequences? 

Notice how this choice affected your energy, time, relationships, and peace of mind.

3: What permission can you give yourself to change this pattern in the future? 

Write a personal declaration of your right to set and maintain healthy boundaries.

4: How will maintaining this boundary support your bigger goals and overall well-being? 

Envision and describe the positive impact this boundary will have on your life.
